1. Minimum S1 education in all fields (Preferably the Marketing Department)
2. Active English - Fluent in English is a must (both oral and written).
3. Having more than 2 years experience in the same field
4. Age 22-30
5. Good presentation and communication skills
6. Have a leadership spirit, Creative, Active, Consistent and Target orientation
7. Self-motivated, self-organized, problem-solving, target-oriented skills
1. Plan the implementation of the company's sales strategy appropriately.
2. Become a part of the telesales recruitment process
3. Analyze and develop marketing strategies to achieve the specified targets. Conduct sales activities.
4. Provide the expected sales results
5. Report the results directly to the project director
6. Develop communication strategies with clients in accordance with company policies
7. Work on marketing channels
8. Manage and control customer profitability by ensuring cost effective and efficient use.
9. Overseeing the telesales team in carrying out sales activities
