HR Plant Manager is accountable for leading and managing implementation of the full range of HR policies and procedure e.

g. training, development, industrial relation, compensations and benefits administration and employees welfare both staff and worker position in Cikarang plant.

Build employee and organization excellence at the Plant by ensuring optimal flexibility in resource allocation and planning, recruitment, administration, development and retention in order to support business needs of functions, build organizational capabilities, continuous improvement culture, commitment and performance in line with Mondelez Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) strategy.

Position Accountability Summary Industrial Relations

  • Provides timely and accurate recommendations to HR ISC Lead ID & Malaysia on workers aspirations and concerns at the plant and actively interfacing with employees.
  • This includes to oversee employee relations including welfare conditions in line with the business trend and environmental situations and provide the recommendations to HR ISC Lead- Indonesia

    Manage and develop reports

  • Provide coaching and ongoing support and advice to reports
  • Set goals and follow up on progress
  • Ensure professional development of report
  • Maintain and updated regular HR report weekly, biweekly, monthly and yearly
  • Compensation and Benefit Monitoring, Implementation and Labour Cost control

  • Responsible for monthly payroll verification as part of internal control both permanent and temporary employees and provides valuable, factual feedback to management regarding employees’ concerns to promote industrial peace
  • Maintain the labour cost is within budget with regularly update and do coordination check with finance
  • Company Policies Implementation

  • Assists the interpretation, review and recommendation of changes or improvements in human resources policies and procedures, taking into consideration the input of colleagues thus treating all employees fairly and with care, dignity and respect;
  • ensuring that the HR systems are responsive and consistently and uniformly applied

    Employee Services

  • Ensure the smooth operation and all administrative functions of BPJS, health insurance, Hospitalization, Life Inc, Medical patient claim, Canteen, Office sanitation and messenger services by leading fast and well-
  • informed, monitoring devices and periodic medical checking to promote a healthy, safe, conducive and productive working environment in the Plant

    Maintenance of HR Plant Documentations

  • Ensures the systematic and orderly maintenance of all HR records / files to ensure that they are complete, accurate and updated
  • Human Resources Information Data

  • Ensures that the HR master data is accurate, complete and updated by ensuring and recommending an awareness and maintenance program to make employees appreciate the importance of their cooperation in keeping their personal files updated for reference and guide in future management plans and actions
  • Timely and accurate reports provided to plant managers to help in decision making or tracking of employees
  • Selection and Recruitment

  • Guide subordinate in hiring policies on non-managerial and supervisory position, recruitment both permanent and temporary employees in cooperation with department concerned in coordination with Training & Development Officer.
  • This includes maintaining ISO 9002 Standard Operating Procedures.

    IL6S Organization Pillar

  • Taking role as Org Pillar and guide the Plant LT and employee subordinates in originating organizational development policy and program, ensure the implementation of IL6S policy, program and initiative’s vs.
  • approved budget. This includes ensuring all the organization pillar target & objectives are maintain and implement as per IL6S guidance

  • Collaborate with E&T pillar in ensuring training and development policy and program in place as per IL6S guidance, coordinate the organization s requirements based on Development Plan, ensure the implementation of policy vs.

  • Safety and Environment

  • The following improvement need to be executed such as HACCP implementation, maintain ISO 9001, improve safety record, reduce quality complain and implement 5S
  • Qualifications

    Education, Knowledge, Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. -HR certification a plus .
  • 5 plus years of related experience in managing HR in a manufacturing setting. Preferable from the similar industry.
  • 3-5 years HR generalist experience.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and time management.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
  • Experience in maintaining stable and conducive plant environment with a union presence or in the administration of a collective bargaining agreement including grievance investigation, responses and participation in contract negotiations desirable.
