You will be at the heart of the creative process. You will be entrusted to deliver on the digital day-to-day work for our clients. Working closely with our Accounts Servicing, Creatives and Tech, team to produce high-end digital design solutions and interactive concepts, to achieve work of the highest standard.
You will bring an excellent understanding of all things digital – including integrated campaigns, branding, animation, websites, banners, email, and social media. Another important part of the role is the understanding of Google as a brand and how Toaster can assist them across the briefs we receive, sometimes asking informed questions of the brief or identifying opportunities for further work. Toaster works with many Google Marketing teams across the world, we expect the Creative Director to be the 'go-to' person, improve our relationship with clients and spark further opportunities.
The Creative Director will work with Account Servicing team to scope each respective project, agree delegation of workload and responsibility, and ensure projects are delivered within budget. The Creative Director will play an important role in recruiting talent, as and when required.
