Job Descriptions :
- managing projects for HRIS product at the stage of user requirement
- handling, filtering, and negotiating as well as meeting to our clients until finding the best solutions that meet our user requirement
- creating user requirement document
- leading a team of HRIS implementation specialist
- making sure the project well-proceeded until the project goes live
- having a good understanding about HRIS as well as the general process of payroll, taxation, etc
- experienced in leading a team that consists 3 people minimum
- 3 years or more handling projects
- Fast, well-managed, and adaptable
- Having good communication skill as well as negotiation skill
