Manage Recruitment Plan process and Recruitment Strategy based on Manpower Planning
Manage recruitment activities (Sourcing, candidate data base, Selection and administration) to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and comply with prevailing regulation and procedure for implementation of selection process.
Ensure fulfillment of quality standard of new employee in accordance with the prevailing competency.
Improve recruitment activities, policy and procedure to be able to increase effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment process.
Build a good relationship with external bodies, such as external parties (recruitment agency, advertisement agency, etc.), universities/ academy, Indonesian personnel provider body (PJTKI) based on company strategy and requisition to ensure fulfillment of personnel needs for the Company.
Develop team capabilities in alignment with company growth and employee career aspiration.
Experience as Manager in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical
Education: Minimum S1 preferable in Psychology (profession) background
Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar position
Computer, English, understand competency, assessment process, psycho test result analysis, interviewing skill, work load analyses
Have Managerial and communication skill, organization skill, build relationship, good attitude, good administration skill, have knowledge and skill of souring candidates.
